- Transport Location Delivery, Which Is Affordable With Transportation Charges, Will Be Done With Third-Party Transports Where We Use Vrl, Jbr, Mss, A1, Krs, Alleppy, Navatha & Srmt. Which Will Be Delivered To Transport Goodown, Customer Has To Pick It Within 2 Working Days, Therefore, If There Is A Delay, Chefglobe Is Not Responsible For Any Missing Or Damage On The Product. (We Ensure Safe Packing If Any Is Mishandled By Transport, Chefglobe Is Not Responsible)
- Door Delivery Will Only Be Done For Products On A Priority Basis Or Information Of The Customer, Which Will Be Handled By Gati, Delhivery,Dtdc,Safexpress, Bluedart. Courier Companies’ Charges Will Be Minimal To Max To Ensure Speed & Safe Delivery.
- Products Of Orders Placed Will Be Delivered Within 2 – 9 Working Days, Depending On The Product & Customer’s Location.

- Our Refund/Return Applicable Only For Chefglobe Brand Products, Which Are Related Only To Selected Products Mentioned Above, Only If Unused Or Unopened. Rest Equipment We Don’t Take Returns,
- For Other Brand Equipment Returns Applicable On Brand Confirmation Only;
- No Return Or Refund For On-Order (Demand) Fabrication Products.
- Products Which Are Applicable For Returns, We Take 3-7 Business Working Day To Refund The Amount To The Original Source Of Payment.
- Replacement Can Be Done Incase On Wrong Product Sent Or Any Manufacturing Defect On Sent Product. That Will Be Replaced Within 2-4 Days, Customer Should Return Or Download & Print The Replacement Label For The Replacement Product To Trasnporter.
- We Ensure Safe Packing If Any Damage Occurs With The Transporter, We Are Not Responsible.
- Exchange Of Products (Third Party Vendors) Can Be Only Done On The Approval Of Third Party Vendors. Chefglobe Don’t Have The Rights To Return Or Exchange Without Their Approval.
- Exchange Of Chefglobe (Chef And Baker’s Store) Products Is Approved For Selected Products Only, And Should Inform Within 3 Days From Date Of Delivery, And Unused & Unopened.
Note: Delivery Charges Will Not Be Refundable To Be Borne By The Customer & 3% Of The Amount For Exchange Will Be Applicable From The Actual Amount.
Order For Cancellation Before Shipment: The Company Will Approve The Refund. 100% Payment Will Be Refunded Within 7 Working Days, Credited To Your Source Account.
- For Return Request You Can Mail Us Or Customers Can Contact Our Customer Care For Return Request, Once We Approve The Return We Ill Send The Return Packing Slip Customer Has To Fix It On The Product, So Our Delivery Person Can Pickup The Product,
- We Accept Return Only If Product Is Unused, Defect, Received Wrong Product, If Misused It Wont Be Return As Acceptable.
Order For Cancellation After Shipment: –
Once Goods Are Shipped From Our Warehouse, We Cant Taken It Back At Any Circumstance, In Case Of Exchange After Shipment Customers Need To Wait Till The Product Reaches The Customer’s Destination & They Should Return The Product To Us (Chefglobe Office) In The Same Condition, After Inspect Of The Product We Ill Dispatch The Exchange Product What Will Be Discussed With Customer.
Charges Of 3% – 5% Will Be Deducted Based On Product Type & Shipping Charges Will Not Be Barred From Us.
