Shipping Methods: –
Chefglobe Ensure Safe Packing & Handling With Courier/Transport Partner . We Offer 2 Type Of Shipping Based On Customer Satisfaction.
- Transport Location Delivery, Which Is Affordable With Transportation Charges, Will Be Done With Third-Party Transports Where We Use Vrl, Jbr, Mss, A1, Krs, Alleppy, Navatha & Srmt. Which Will Be Delivered To Transport Goodown, Customer Has To Pick It Within 2 Working Days, Therefore If There Is A Delay, Chefglobe Is Not Responsible For Any Missing Or Damage On The Product. (We Ensure Safe Packing If Any Is Mishandled By Transport, Chefglobe Is Not Responsible)
- Door Delivery Will Only Done For Products On A Priority Basis Or Information Of The Customer, Which Will Be Handled By Gati, Delhivery,Dtdc,Safexpress, Bluedart.Courier Companies’ Charges Will Be Minimal To Max To Ensure Speed & Safe Delivery.
- Products Of Orders Placed Will Be Delivered Within 2 – 9 Working Days, Depending On The Product & Customer’s Location.
Returns & Refund Policy:-
Refunds / Returns shall NOT be allowed in the following cases:
Our Chefglobe Company Return Policy Is Only Applicable To Selected Products Only, the Rest of the products Once Sold Cannot Be Taken Back, And No Refund Provided From Our End.
- No Return Or Refund For On-Order Fabrication Products Eg: Tables, Chairs, Sofa, Customised equipment Etc.
2.We Ensure Safe Packing If Any Damage Occurs With The Transporter, We Are Not Responsible.
- Exchange Of Products (Third Party Vendors) Can Be Only Done On The Approval Of Third Party Vendors. Chefglobe Don’t Have The Rights To Return Or Exchange Without Their Approval.
- Exchange Of Chefglobe (Chef And Baker’s Store) Products Is Approved On Selected Products Only.
- The customer must share a video with the Customer care team while opening the package in case of an Empty Package/Quantity issue.
- If the customer is sharing photographs of the product, it must be a all angle photograph inclusive of Product Packaging images (Videography will be highly appreciated).
- In the Case of Faulty electronic products, the customer needs to contact the nearest service centre for repair/ replacement.
- All products must be in new and unopened condition with all the original packing, tags, instruction manual, warranty/ guarantee card, and accessories.
- Chefglobe shall endeavour to process the customer refund within 7 (Seven) working days from the date of request made to the Customer Care team.
- If the Product has been used by the customer, Return Or Refund Is Not Applicable.
- If the customer tried to handle the industrial product and was unable to use it, this could cause any tear/damage.
- If the Product is damaged by the customer, in any manner as may be determined by Chefglobe at its sole discretion.
- If a Product sold as a combo/set cannot be returned as an individual Product
- It’s “No longer needed”.
Note: Delivery Charges Will Not Be Refundable To Be Borne By The Customer & 3% Of The Amount For Exchange Will Be Applicable From The Actual Amount. Order For Cancellation Before Shipment, Refund Will Be Approved By The Company 100% Payment Will Be Refunded Within 7 Working Days It Will Be Credited To Your Source Account.
Order For Cancellation After Shipment: –
Once Goods Are Shipped From Our Warehouse, We Cant Taken It Back At Any Circumstance, In Case Of Exchange After Shipment Customers Need To Wait Till The Product Reaches The Customer’s Destination & They Should Return The Product To Us (Chefglobe Office) In The Same Condition, After Inspect Of The Product We Ill Dispatch The Exchange Product What Will Be Discussed With Customer.
Charges Of 3% – 5% Will Be Deducted Based On Product Type & Shipping Charges Will Not Be Barred From Us.
Cancellation or Refund Policy:-
Cancellations made before product dispatch will receive a 100% refund.
Cancellations made within 3 – 6 days (if the product is already shipped) will incur a 10% fee & shipping charges. If the product is not shipped, then the customer would only have to pay the 10% fee.
In case of a pre-paid order, the refund will be processed through a payment gateway or any other online banking / electronic funds transfer system approved by the Reserve Bank of India and will reflect in the same account of the customer buying the Product from where the customer has paid the transaction amount.
For cash on delivery transactions, refunds, if any, will be made via demand draft/NEFT/Cheque, etc. in favor of the customer buying the Products, as per the details provided by the customer.
Cancellation and Refund:-
- If you have received a mail/message from us confirming your refund request, then rest assured that we have initiated your refund request and are following up with financial organisations for the same.
- Sometimes financial organizations take a longer time to process the refund request. However, if the refund hasn’t happened by the date we promised, you can contact us. We will gladly help you.
- Your payment is secured. In case of prepaid orders (paid through credit card/debit card/net banking), the amount is refunded in the same account as you had made payment within 7-10 working days
- If the mode of payment was cash on delivery (COD), we will initiate an NEFT bank transfer to your bank account. Chefglobe will contact you for your bank account details. It normally takes 7-10 days for your money to get reflected in your bank account.
- In case you paid via credit card/debit card/net banking, the amount will be refunded in the same account as you had made payment from.
