Shipping Methods:-

Chefglobe ensure safe packing & Handling with courier/Transport partner we offers 2 type of shipping based on customers satisfaction.

1. Location Delivery which is affordable with transportation charges will be done with Third party Transports where we use VRL, MSS, A1, KRS, Alleppy, Navatha & SRMT. which will be delivered to Transport Goodown customer has to pick it within 2 Working days, therefor if delay Chefglobe is not responsible for any kind of missing or damage on product. (We Ensure Safe Packing If Any Misshandled by trasnport Chefglobe is not responsible)

2. Door Delivery will only done for products on Priority bases or information of customer, which will be handled by Gati, Delhivery Courier companies Charges will be minimal to max to ensure speed & Safe Delivery.

3. Products of order placed will be delivered within 2 – 9 working days based on product it depends transit time.

Returns Policy:-

Our Chefglobe Company Return Policy only applicable on Selected products only, Returns/Exchange of on all kind fabrication products are not acceptable, on priority only return/exchange can be done for selective products within 7 Working days of order. Note: Delivery charges will be not refundable to be bared with customer & 3% Of amount for exchange will be applicable from actual amount. Order for cancellation before shipment refund will be approved by company 100% payment will be refunded within 7 working days it will be crecited to your source account.

Order for cancellation after shipment:-

Once Goods are shipped, customers need to wait till product reaches to customer destination & they should book return back the product to us (chefglobe Office ) in same condition,

Charges of product 3% – 5% will be deducted based on product type & Shipping charged will not be refunded.
