Setup

- Fill the water basin with enough water to cover the bottom of the food pans but not so much that it overflows when the pans are inserted.
- Plug in the Bain Marie and turn on the power.
- Adjust the temperature setting according to the food you will be holding. a thermostat or temperature control dial.
- Preheat the Water: Allow the water to heat up to the desired temperature before placing the food pans in the Bain Marie. This usually takes about 10-15 minutes.

- Insert Food Pans: Place the prepared food into the stainless steel pans or containers designed for the Bain Marie.

After Use
